Contacts

The Contacts screen lists everyone your campaigns have emailed, along with the data that was used to fill your templates.

Column	What it shows
Email	The recipient’s email address.
Campaigns	How many of your campaigns have included this contact.
Last campaign	When this contact was last emailed.

Use the search box to filter by email address or by any field value. Select a contact’s checkbox to act on it, or use the delete action to remove a contact.

Note

Contacts are built automatically from the recipients of your campaigns — there is no manual import step. To email new people, add them to your spreadsheet and send a campaign from the add-on.
