Other products called Mail Merge
“Mail merge” is the name of a technique, so several add-ons in the Google Workspace Marketplace carry it in their name. Only one of them is ours. If your subscription, invoice or support question is about one of the products below, we cannot see your account and cannot refund you: write to that vendor.
Products we are not
Section titled “Products we are not”| Product | Who makes it |
|---|---|
| Mail Merge for Sheets | A different company. |
| Quicklution Mail Merge (Mail Merge with Attachments) | Quicklution. |
| Merge Mail | A different company. |
| Mail Merge How Simple (mailmergehow.com) | A different company, with its own website and billing. |
None of them shares an account, a subscription or a support team with us. Their billing runs through their own payment providers, so a refund or cancellation for one of them has to be requested from that vendor, usually from the email address on their receipt or the contact page of their website.
How to tell ours apart
Section titled “How to tell ours apart”- The add-on is called Mail Merge for Gmail in the Google Workspace Marketplace and in the Extensions menu of Google Sheets, and the publisher shown on the listing is Qualtir.
- The website is merge.email and the web app is merge.email/app; this documentation lives at documentation.merge.email.
- A card charge from us reads MERGE.EMAIL on your statement (see Cancel your subscription & refunds).
- Support emails come from contact@merge.email.
If the add-on you use matches the points above, you are in the right place: see the FAQ or contact us. If it does not, the product’s own website is where to find its support, and installing ours from the Marketplace is free if you would like to try it.
