Events

Events is the history of your account: one line per thing that happened, newest first. It answers questions such as “when did this campaign stop?”, “who unsubscribed last week?” or “why did sending pause on Tuesday?”.

The Events history

Typical entries:

  • A campaign was created, started, paused, resumed, stopped or completed. Each one links to the campaign.
  • A recipient unsubscribed from a campaign.
  • Gmail’s rate limit was reached and sending paused for a cooldown.
  • A scheduled campaign was moved to another date.
  • Google access was revoked, or reconnected.
  • Your account was created, and your subscription was created, changed or cancelled.

Events are kept for every account and need no setup. They complement Activity, which tracks what recipients do, and the per-campaign view on Campaigns.
