Activity

Activity is the live feed of what your recipients do with your emails. Where Analytics gives totals, Activity names people: who opened, who clicked, who unsubscribed, in which campaign and when.

Reading the feed

Each row is one recipient in one campaign, newest activity first:

• Recipient: the email address.
• Email: the campaign it belongs to, as a link to its details.
• Events: badges such as Opened ×3, Clicked ×2 or Unsubscribed.
• Last activity: when the most recent event happened.

The tabs filter the feed: All, Opens, Clicks and Unsubscribes. The feed loads more rows as you scroll.

Only campaigns sent with tracking turned on appear here. Opens are detected by a tracking pixel, so a recipient whose mail client blocks images shows up only once they click a link.
