How can I get my invoices/receipt ?
Just open the add-on and go to your account, using the button at the bottom right of the main screen. From here you can download all your invoices.
Can I invite a team member to use my subscription ?
Mail Merge for Gmail licensing model is per user, but you can manage multiple subscriptions from a single account. See our documentation about shared subscriptions : Shared subscription
How to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime. Just open the add-on and go to your account, using the button at the bottom right of the main screen. From here you can manage your subscription.
If I cancel my susbcription is my premium account immediately closed ?
You can cancel your subscription anytime, it will remain active until the end of the billing period, but you will not be charged anymore.
I have subscribed to a premium plan but the watermark is still present ?
It's very likely that your bank declined the payment, you can contact us at contact@merge.email we will directly tell you the reason
